Job summary

PLC PET LOVERS CENTRE SDN. BHD. (RETAIL) in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Retail Sales Assistant to support day-to-day store operations and help meet sales targets while promoting PLC memberships.

You will perform cashiering duties, assist with stock replenishment, and maintain a clean, safe environment for customers and pets. Fresh graduates are welcome, and weekend shifts are required.

• Hardworking, matured, and pleasant personality are encouraged to apply.
• Good communication skills and self-motivated sales abilities are advantageous.
• Possessing own transport is an added advantage.
• Willing to work on weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day operations to help achieve sales targets and KPIs.
• Perform cashiering duties, including balancing cash registers.
• Promote PLC memberships and renewals to meet customers’ needs.
• Assist in stock replenishment and monthly stock takes.
• Maintain a clean and safe store environment for staff, customers, and pets.

Job description

A customer service representative who supports the day-to-day business operations of the retail store in meeting sales target/KPIs in line with business objectives.

Perform cashiering functions in terms of product purchase by balancing cash registers.

Recommend and promote product or PLC membership sign-ups and renewals to meet customers’ needs and objectives.

Support in replenishing out of stock items on the display and assist in any ad-hoc/periodic stock-take and/or stock count exercise.

Perform and maintain overall general housekeeping to ensure clean and safe environment for staff, customers and pets.

Any other daily operations duties as assigned by the store person in charge/supervisor.

Requirements
