Job summary

Springtime Global Distribution Sdn Bhd is seeking a customer-focused Retail Sales Assistant to welcome customers, guide them to items, promote campaigns, and assist in checkout. You will help maintain store presentation, restock, and handle inquiries with a friendly attitude.

This on-site role in Kuala Lumpur requires strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to work weekends. Prior retail experience is beneficial, and you’ll join a team delivering excellent service.

Qualifications

• SPM or equivalent qualification.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work weekends/public holidays.
• Attention to detail and store organization.
• Physical stamina for standing, lifting and moving merchandise.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming visitors/customers into the shop.
• Assist & lead customers to find desired items.
• Promote new products and on-going retail campaigns to customers.
• Provide customer consultancy describing product features and benefits to increase sales.
• Assist in customer payment process and service delivery.
• In-store merchandises organizing and restocking to maintain attractive store image.
• Inventory & prices auditing regularly.
• Explore & follow-up on potential agents/dealers who are interested to become reseller.
• Addressing and resolving customers’ inquiries/complaints, such as returns and refunds, to improve satisfaction and loyalty.
• Performing cleaning duties at the end of shifts.
• Assisting store manager with any assigned duties.
