Job summary

Eco-Shop Marketing Berhad (Retail) is seeking a friendly Retail Associate at Bukit Raja, Klang, Selangor. You will greet customers, promote products, and assist with stock while maintaining store presentation.

You should be able to stand for long periods, multitask, and work weekends. Prior retail or customer service experience is preferred; SPM is the minimum requirement.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM or equivalent; higher qualifications are a plus.
• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude, with a customer-centric approach.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
• Flexible to work retail hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Physically fit and able to stand for long periods and lift light to moderate weights.
• Willing to work at Bukit Raja, Klang, Selangor.
