Job summary

Jora Malaysia is hiring in Kuala Lumpur to support daily retail operations, cash handling, and customer service across walk-in and online channels. The role requires excellent communication, teamwork, and flexibility to work during peak seasons and public holidays.

The position involves assisting customers with product selection, coordinating orders and deliveries, and maintaining store presentation at the Pudu location in Kuala Lumpur.

Qualifications

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently and in a team.
• Retail or customer service experience is an added advantage.
• 6 days' work & Able to work during peak season / Public Holiday.

Responsibilities

• Handle cashier duties, including processing payments, issuing receipts, and daily cash reconciliation.
• Attend to walk-in customers and provide excellent customer service.
• Handle online enquiries and orders via WhatsApp and phone calls.
• Assist customers with product selection and order arrangements.
• Coordinate customer orders and deliveries.
• Maintain shop cleanliness, product displays, and stock arrangement.
• Support daily retail operations and perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
