BUN BUNN SDN BHD in Malaysia is seeking a friendly Retail Assistant to join our bakery team. You will greet customers, assist with purchases, keep the store tidy, and ensure displays are appealing.

You’ll also track stock levels and coordinate with the chef on daily needs. As a team member, you will handle the cashier and daily sales records, maintain cleanliness, and help with opening and closing the store.

Formación

• Customer service experience in a retail environment.
• Good communication skills and ability to work with kitchen team.
• Friendly, responsible and a good team player.

Job Responsibilities

Greet and serve customers and help them with purchases

Keep the store tidy, shelves stocked and products well displayed

Track stock levels and report low stock early

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the retail area

Help with opening and closing the store

Requirements

Customer service experience in a retail environment

Good communication skills and comfortable working with the chef and kitchen team

Friendly, responsible and a good team player

Willing to work weekends and public holidays on a rotating schedule

Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is an advantage)
