Job summary

Triumph Group in Malaysia's Petaling Jaya seeks a senior business analyst specializing in retail analytics and Power BI to shape Southeast Asia and Greater China performance. You will build dashboards, translate needs into frontline reports, and collaborate with regional commercial and finance leaders to drive forecasting and decision-making.

The role requires 8+ years in retail/BI analytics, strong Power BI and Excel skills, and experience governing large data across multiple markets.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional experience in Retail Analytics, Commercial Analytics, or Sales Operations Analytics.
• Preferably experience in Fashion, Beauty, Personal Care, Consumer Goods, or Multi-Channel Retail.
• Strong Power BI expertise with proven ability to independently develop dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Own the development, rollout, and adoption of Power BI reporting across Greater China and Southeast Asia.
• Translate sales and trading needs into intuitive management and frontline reports across all points of sale, including e-commerce.
• Apply advanced analytics to automate insights, strengthen forecasting and scenario analysis, and identify performance drivers.
