Job summary

Lotus's Malaysia is seeking a Data Analyst experienced with Power BI and Power Apps to design and maintain dashboards for executives and store teams. You will also create and manage store checklists using Power Apps, ensuring accuracy and ease of use.

You will collaborate across operations, IT, and leadership to translate data into actionable insights, automate refreshes, and support data-driven decisions in a retail environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a data-related field.
• Proven experience with Power BI dashboards.
• Strong Power Apps knowledge for store checklists.
• Solid data analysis and visualization skills.
• Experience with DAX, Power Query, and data modeling.
• Excellent communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain Power BI dashboards for executives and store managers.
• Collect, process, and analyze data from multiple sources.
• Develop and maintain Power Apps for store checklists.
• Collaborate with ops, IT, and leadership to gather requirements.
• Monitor dashboard and app performance; handle ad-hoc requests.
