Nando’s Chickenland Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking a Shift Leader to support management in running smooth shifts and creating memorable moments for customers. You will model leadership, uphold brand standards, and drive operational excellence across front-of-house and back-of-house tasks.

You will lead a team, train staff, and ensure top service while maintaining HACCP/Halal standards, cost control, and local marketing support.

Responsibilities

• Run and manage restaurant shifts
• Lead, support, and motivate your team to deliver excellent customer experiences
• Maintain high operational standards aligned with Nando’s brand
• Grow sales by running efficient shifts and delivering operational excellence
• Monitor health, safety and food quality standards (HACCP, Halal, REX)
• Deliver The Nando’s Experience through warm, professional service
• Support cost control by managing labour, waste and gross profit
