IHG Hotels & Resorts in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Restaurant Server who can deliver memorable experiences through a warm welcome, inspired recommendations and seamless service from starter to dessert and beyond.

You will maintain high standards, help keep the kitchen clean and safe, and assist with washing up and other duties as needed, while embracing a supportive team culture and customer-focused care.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (23 kg) and bend/kneel.
• Basic reading, writing and maths.
• Flexibility to work night, weekend and holiday shifts.
• Fluent in local language and comply with local laws on food handling and serving alcohol.
• Excellent communication and friendly demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Serve guests with high standards and warm, welcoming service.
• Keep the kitchen area clean, stocked and safe.
• Assist with washing up and other duties as needed.
• Minimise waste and inform supervisor about safety issues.
• Take on ad-hoc duties to keep service running smoothly.
