Qualifications

• Extensive training and validation for Senior Sandwich Artist and Assistant Manager as per Subway syllabus.
• Completion of all Senior Sandwich Artist courses / curriculum on University of Subway.
• Proven ability to manage restaurant operations and inventory effectively.
• Strong communication and leadership to drive staff performance.
• Use of sales trend data to boost restaurant sales and KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Oversees overall restaurant management and safety compliance.
• Plans staff schedules and maintains operation standards.
• Recruits, trains, appraises and terminates staff as needed.
• Directs local marketing initiatives and customer engagement.
• Ensures health, safety, and security codes are followed.
