Responsibilities

• Set goals for performance and deadlines in ways that comply with company’s plans and vision and communicate them to subordinates.
• Schedule all activities for restaurant staff according to guidelines and always ensure proper uniform of staff and provide assist to all guest and administer all requirements for meals.
• Monitor resources, ensuring the tools are available to deliver services that meet and exceed guest expectations.
• Organize workflow and ensure that employees understand their duties or delegated tasks.
• Monitor employee productivity and provide constructive feedback and coaching.
• Receive complaints and resolve problems.
• Respond to customer complaints tactfully and professionally.
• Maintain timekeeping and personnel records.
• Pass on information from upper management to employees and vice versa.
• Prepare and submit performance reports.
• Suggest on reward and promotion based on performance.
• Recommend hiring and train new employees.
• Ensure adherence to legal and company policies and procedures and undertake disciplinary actions if the need arises.
• Look for ways to cut waste and decrease operational costs.
• Oversee all work in shift and restock all supplies at end of shift and perform regular inspections on all equipment’s and recommend required repairs.
