Job summary

TKS Taste Treat Sdn Bhd in Malaysia seeks an Outlet Manager to oversee restaurant operations across multiple local venues in Johor, including Molek, Setia Tropika, Skudai, Batu Pahat, Austin and Bukit Indah.

You will lead a team, ensure quality service, control inventory and POS systems, monitor sales targets and maintain high guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• SPM/STPM minimum; diploma or degree in Hospitality/F&B Management is advantageous.
• 3–5 years of F&B/restaurant operations experience.
• 1–2 years in supervisory, assistant manager or outlet manager role.
• Experience in Chinese restaurants, dim sum or high-volume F&B preferred.
• Strong leadership, restaurant operations and people management skills.
• Knowledge of inventory management and POS systems.
• Good customer service and communication skills.
