Talent Recruit represents a renowned Chinese fine-dining restaurant in Kajang, Selangor, seeking a proactive Banquet Manager to lead events from setup to breakdown.

You will plan layouts, negotiate with vendors, delegate duties to staff including the Assistant Banquet Manager, oversee decor and guest experience, and address special requests—all while ensuring luxury standards; Mandarin fluency and 3–5 years in banquet or event management are required.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Mandarin to communicate effectively.
• 3-5 years of experience in banquet or event management.
• Strong leadership skills to assign roles, manage staff, and coordinate with vendors.
• Excellent attention to detail in décor, layout, and quality to meet luxury standard.

• Address special requests and inquiries from guests.

Job Requirements:
