Job summary

Baby Sensory in Selangor invites fresh graduates to join as a classroom assistant, supporting lead teachers in planning engaging activities for babies to preschoolers. Fluency in Mandarin and a passion for early childhood education are essential, along with patience, responsibility, and teamwork.

You will help prepare materials, maintain a safe classroom, observe progress, and participate in ongoing training to deliver Baby Sensory–based lessons.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply (training provided).
• Able to speak Mandarin fluently.
• Passionate about teaching young children.
• Patient, responsible, and able to work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist the lead teacher in planning and conducting appropriate activities for babies, toddlers, and preschoolers.
• Create a safe, clean, and engaging classroom environment.
• Prepare teaching materials and support daily learning activities.
• Observe and record children’s progress and share updates with parents.
• Provide individual support to children based on their learning needs.
• Use Baby Sensory–based methods to conduct creative and engaging lessons.
• Guide children using positive behavior management techniques.
• Work closely with the teaching team to ensure a supportive learning environment.
• Join professional trainings and continuous learning programs.
