Job summary

JSK Mantanani Island Resort is seeking a Part Time Housekeeping Associate to join our team on Mantanani Island. This role includes cleaning duties across guest areas, equipment maintenance, and ensuring high standards of cleanliness.

We offer free transport from KK, free meals, and staff accommodation. Ideal candidates hold at least SPM or a Diploma/ Degree in Housekeeping management, with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in related field.

Qualifications

• Must possess at least a SPM, Diploma or Degree in Rooms / Housekeeping management or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of exposure in the related field.

Responsibilities

• Maintain all cleaning equipment, supplies, and products; ensure safe and sanitary storage and care of products.
• Perform general sweeping, scrubbing, and mopping of hardwood, laminate, or tiled floors as needed.
• In charge of Housekeeping equipment; vacuum and clean carpets and perform further treatments such as shampoo or stain-removal as needed.
• Dispose of trash from bins and containers.
• Dust and polish furniture and room accessories as needed.
• Scrub sinks, basins, bathtubs, showers, and toilets in private and public bathrooms.
• Clean windows, glass surfaces, mirrors, and counters as needed.
• Keep all public spaces neat and tidy.
• Report repairs and replacements needed when encountered.
