JSK Mantanani Island Resorts, Trademark Collection by Wyndham is seeking an experienced F&B Supervisor for Mantanani Island Resort. The role involves leading the dining team, greeting guests, presenting menus, and ensuring high standards of service.

You will guide service, handle orders via POS, and maintain hygiene and presentation. Prior resort experience and strong customer service are essential for success.

Qualifications

• At least a Diploma or Degree in food service management or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of exposure in the related field.

Responsabilités

• Reports to the F&B Manager.
• Leads team to greet and welcome customers to their tables.
• Present menus and provide information on portions, ingredients or allergies.
• Set up tables with linens, silverware and glasses.
• Upsell additional products when appropriate.
• Take accurate orders using a POS or memorization and serve food and drinks.
• Ensure cleanliness and proper presentation of dishes and kitchenware.
• Arrange table settings and maintain a tidy dining area.
• Ensure compliance with health department regulations.
• Provide excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Reports to the F&B Manager.
• Leads team to greet and welcome customers to their tables.
• Responsible to present menu and provide detailed information when asked (e.g. about portions, ingredients or potential food allergies).
• Leads team to prepare tables by setting up linens, silverware and glasses.
• Leads team to up-sell additional products when appropriate.
• Responsible to take accurate food and drinks orders, using a POS ordering software,order slips or by memorization.
• Leads team to serve food and drink orders.
• Responsible to check dishes and kitchenware for cleanliness and presentation and report any problems.
• Responsible to arrange table settings and maintain a tidy dining area.
• Responsible to ensure follow all relevant health department regulations.
• Leads team to provide excellent customer service to guests.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a SPM, Diploma or Degree in food service management or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of exposure in the related field.
• Working knowledge of various computer software programs (MS Office, restaurant management software, POS)
• ISO and IT literate.
