Job summary

Menara Maxis is seeking a Reporting Intern to gain hands-on experience in business intelligence and analytics development. In this role, you will collaborate with reporting specialists to develop data-driven insights and contribute to reporting operations.

The ideal candidate is currently pursuing a degree in Data Science or related fields, has familiarity with Google Cloud Platform and Microsoft Power BI. This internship lasts for up to 6 months, starting in September.

• Currently pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, or related fields.
• Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform services.
• Experience with Microsoft Power BI or similar tools.

In this role, you will work alongside reporting specialists, business analysts, and stakeholders to develop data-driven insights, support reporting operations, and contribute to the continuous enhancement of reporting frameworks and data solutions.**Key Responsibilities*** **Agile Reporting Development (GCP & Power BI):** Participate in Scrum-based development sprints to design, build, and deploy interactive dashboards, reports, and data visualisations using Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Microsoft Power BI.* **Requirements Gathering & Stakeholder Collaboration:** Work closely with Business Analysts and report stakeholders to understand business requirements, document reporting needs, and translate them into effective reporting solutions.* **Operational Job Monitoring:** Monitor daily reporting operations, automated jobs, and data pipelines to ensure scheduled reporting processes run smoothly.
