Panas Express is seeking a hands-on supervisor to run small-to-medium renovation sites from start to handover in Kuala Lumpur. This mid-level role requires you to manage contractors, read basic drawings, and travel between sites in KL and Selangor.

You will visit sites, track progress with photos, keep schedules and cost records, and ensure outlets are ready before handing over to the operations team. Fresh graduates are not ideal for this role, but 2–5 years of hands-on experience is preferred.

Formación

• Hands-on supervision of renovation/fit-out sites.
• Ability to read basic drawings/mark-ups.
• Own transport and willingness to travel between KL and Selangor sites.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate electrical, carpentry, painting, HVAC, CCTV, and shelving contractors.
• Visit sites, capture progress with photos, and manage snag lists.
• Maintain schedule and basic cost records, flag issues early.
• Ensure every outlet is ready before handing over to operations.
