Job summary

Mabcon Energy Sdn Bhd – Kuala Nerang, Kedah is seeking a Project Engineer to provide Quality Management support and supervise civil and electrical construction activities for renewable energy projects. You will monitor progress, prepare reports, and coordinate inspections, testing, commissioning, and handovers.

The role requires hands-on project management, problem-solving and leadership, with familiarity in AutoCAD and MS Project.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Provision and coordination of Quality Management support for the Project.
• Supervise construction works to ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Monitor project progress and update schedules.
• Prepare project reports and technical documentation.
• Coordinate inspection, testing, commissioning, and project handover activities.
• Assist CM and PM on Planning and coordinate overall project activities.
• Review engineering drawings and technical documents.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers.
• Ensure work quality complies with specifications and standards.
• Support the implementation of health, safety, and environmental requirements.
• Manage material delivery and site resources.
• Resolve technical issues and provide engineering support.
• Assist in project cost control and contract administration.
