Job summary

Ditrolic Energy in Malaysia invites an eager project professional to support pre-development activities for renewable energy projects across APAC. You will help coordinate site assessment, land feasibility, and the securing of land access rights, with a strong focus on documentation and stakeholder engagement.

You will liaise with landowners, consultants, regulators, and internal teams to keep approvals on track, monitor milestones, and mitigate delays. Travel is expected as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field and 2–5 years of project development experience.
• Experience in land matters, permitting, ROW, and stakeholder engagement preferred.
• Familiarity with solar PV, power infrastructure, or large-scale projects is an advantage.
• Strong coordination and documentation skills required.

Responsibilities

• Help plan, coordinate, and execute pre-development activities.
• Coordinate land identification, assessment, and feasibility studies.
• Assist with land due diligence, title searches, and encumbrance checks.
• Engage with landowners, consultants, and authorities for access and approvals.
• Maintain trackers for land, permits, and stakeholder communications.
• Support project readiness and stage-gate reviews toward FC/NTP.
• Escalate critical issues to PMO when delays occur.
