Job summary

OSL in Malaysia is seeking an AML Analyst to review digital asset wallet transactions, monitor alerts, and help ensure compliance with procedures.

You will document findings, maintain audit trails, and support SAR drafting while participating in a rotating monthly shift that includes nights and weekends.

Candidates typically have 1–2 years of relevant experience, a bachelor’s degree, and strong English communication in a remote, team-based environment.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of relevant experience in risk, compliance, financial operations or 24/7 shift operations.
• Strong commitment to procedures, integrity and security protocols.
• Experience in fast-paced, shift-based operations or financial surveillance; crypto/fintech exposure is a plus.
• Analytical mindset with ability to spot data patterns and inconsistencies.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Resilient, proactive team player in a remote work environment.
• Willingness to rotate monthly night/weekend shifts.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, IT, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Review digital asset wallet transactions and validate details under supervision.
• Monitor and triage alerts from automated monitoring systems and escalate complex cases.
• Identify and document abnormal activity patterns and report through proper channels.
• Maintain records and logs in the case management system for audit trails.
• Assist with drafting internal reports and Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs).
• Participate in a 24/7 shift rotation (nights and weekends) on a monthly basis.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve routine cases and improve processes.
