Qualifications

• 1–2 years of professional experience in risk, compliance, finance, or 24/7 operations.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, IT, or related field.
• Strong English written and verbal communication.
• Experience in crypto exchange or fintech is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review digital asset wallet transactions under supervision for accuracy.
• Monitor alerts from automated monitoring systems and escalate as needed.
• Document patterns of abnormal activity and report them through proper channels.
• Maintain audit trails in case management system.
• Support drafting internal reports and SAR preparations.
• Participate in a 24/7 shift rotation (nights and weekends) monthly.
• Collaborate with team and other departments to resolve routine cases and improve processes.
