Job summary

GXBank is seeking a dedicated support/operations specialist to resolve technical issues, support product launches, and collaborate with engineering and customer service teams. The role requires 2+ years in support, fluency in English and Malay, and the ability to work remotely within Malaysia.

You will participate in 24/7 rotating shifts, assist with training, and contribute to improving reliability and scalability across platforms.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in support or operations.
• Experience supporting product/system launches and SDLC understanding.
• Strong understanding of support workflows and procedures.
• Proficiency with Jira, Slack, Google Workspace, web-based email.
• Fluent in English and Malay.
• Ability to work independently and remotely.

Responsibilities

• Resolve technical issues and provide stakeholder support.
• Support product launches; gather requirements and perform testing.
• Improve reliability and scalability with engineering teams.
• Lead incident calls to drive resolution and reduce impact.
• Train other departments on operations and troubleshooting procedures.
• Provide on-site and remote support during major software upgrades.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product Development, and Customer Service.
