Crown Worldwide Group is seeking a Search & AI Strategy Specialist to drive global organic growth and expand Crown’s AI usage across marketing and research, reporting to the Director of Digital. The role requires an independent, commercially minded thinker with a strong interest in SEO and emerging technologies, focused on high‑value B2B leads and new online growth opportunities across markets.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute global SEO strategies aligned to business objectives.
• Conduct keyword and topic research to identify growth opportunities.
• Monitor and optimise organic performance (traffic, conversions, visibility).
• Analyse competitor activity and identify gaps.
• Define and deliver content strategies that build topical authority.
• Optimise on-page content with E-E-A-T and user intent alignment.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve content at scale.
• Ensure content is optimised for evolving search experiences including AI.
• Identify and resolve technical barriers to crawling, indexing and ranking.
• optimise site architecture, internal linking, and structured data.
• Monitor Core Web Vitals and site performance across devices.
• Work with development teams on technical enhancements.
• Define how AI is applied across SEO/content workflows.
• Establish best practices for AI usage aligned to brand and guidelines.
• Identify opportunities for AI to enhance ideation, research and optimisation.
• Evaluate and implement AI tools to support marketing/research.
• Develop scalable workflows including automated briefs, SERP analysis, topic clustering.
• Build and maintain prompt libraries and templates.
• Act as a stakeholder in developing Crown’s AI-enabled marketing capability.
• Use AI to enhance market/competitor/search insights at scale.
• Apply clustering/entity analysis to uncover content opportunities.
• Develop actionable insights to inform content strategy and business decisions.
• Monitor how Crown and competitors are represented in AI-driven search.
