Job summary

Lyra Health in Malaysia is seeking an Intake Clinician for a permanent full-time night shift working from home. You will provide telephonic or chat-based counselling to employees, aiming to deliver high-quality problem-solving support within Lyra’s EAP framework.

Responsibilities include initial contact, data capture, and adherence to clinical protocols managed by Clinical Management. Fresh graduates are welcome; registration with MAHPC or Lembaga Kaunselor Malaysia is required.

Qualifications

• Master’s qualification in psychology or counselling.
• Registered with MAHPC or Lembaga Kaunselor Malaysia.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Ability to provide counselling within short-term framework.

Responsibilities

• Provide the first point of contact for employees via telephone counselling or live chat.
• Deliver services professionally and in line with Clinical Manager standards.
• Accurately capture information on the database for clinical management.
• Adhere to clinical protocols and procedures as laid out by Clinical Management.
