Qualifications

• 1+ year experience managing product listings and promotions in ecommerce platforms (e.g., Amazon, Shopee, Lazada, Shopify)
• Hands-on experience submitting and managing digital coupons and platform deals with deadlines and rules
• High proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for catalog data, bulk uploads, and light analysis
• Attention to detail, data accuracy, and adherence to platform policies
• Excellent communication and collaboration across teams
• Ability to manage support tickets, resolve listing errors, and adapt to marketplace updates

Responsibilities

• Maintain daily catalog listings across Amazon, Shopee, and Lazada.
• Input and standardize product titles, descriptions, attributes, visuals, variations, and pricing.
• Open, track, and follow up on basic marketplace support tickets.
• Schedule and program coupons, discounts, and promotional offers.
• Audit live promotions for correct display and flag discrepancies to leadership.
• Conduct data hygiene sweeps to flag missing or outdated specifications.
• Identify cross-channel data discrepancies and report adjustments to keep content consistent.
• Update listings to remain compliant with platform rules.
