Job summary

TWO95 INTERNATIONAL SDN. BHD. is hiring a Mandarin-English interpreter for a 100% remote role. You will handle live interpretation across industries, with shifts aligned to Malaysia Time (night hours). The position offers flexible training and mentoring as part of onboarding.

Expect 9-hour shifts (including a 1-hour break) over 5 days a week, with occasional weekend work depending on roster. Initial assessments lead to live practice sessions and mentoring during a four-week program.

Job description

100% Remote (Work From Home), including training and mentoring

No need to report to any office

Night shift will start anytime between 8pm-12am (Malaysia Time)

8 working hours + 1-hour break per shift = 9 hours per shift

5 working days per week, with 2 days off

Weekend work may be required depending on the company's roster

RM30 per hour= around RM4800/month for full attendance

Benefits : 14 days paid sick leave, 12 days annual leave, and some Malaysia & US Public holidays

Hiring Process

Stage 1: Assessments

2. Mandarin Assessment (only if you pass the English Assessment)

Once you pass both assessments, you'll proceed to the training stages:

Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Mostly self-paced learning modules

Approximately 2 days of live online sessions (around 3 hours each)

Training allowance: RM2,600~

Stage 3: Mentoring Program (4 Weeks)

Same schedule as the actual job (11:00 PM – 5:00 AM)

You'll start handling real interpretation calls while being guided by an experienced mentor

Your mentor will coach and evaluate your performance throughout the program
