Job summary

Agensi Pekerjaan Penta Consultancy Sdn. Bhd is seeking a Lead Solution Architect to design comprehensive technical solutions aligned with client strategies and technology standards.

You will lead implementations across cloud, web, and mobile platforms while guiding development teams and ensuring documentation and stakeholder updates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in Python, PHP, Java, and web development stacks (e.g., MERN, MEAN, LAMP).
• Deep understanding of system architecture, cloud technologies, and digital platforms.
• Experience in data engineering and/or AI solutioning is a strong plus.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas to technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
• Proven leadership experience in mentoring teams and driving project success.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to align technology initiatives with business objectives.
• Client-focused with a collaborative approach to delivering customized solutions is a plus.
• An advantage if versatile and adaptive to evolving technologies, ensuring future-ready implementations.
• Passionate about innovation and delivering high-value outcomes.
