Job summary

Accenture Southeast Asia is seeking a Partner Engineer to support external developer partners integrating with our developer platforms and APIs. You will bridge external engineering teams and internal platform infrastructure, offering end-to-end technical guidance and integration enablement.

The role requires Portuguese and English proficiency (C1) and will involve live partner calls, regional emails, and documentation in both languages.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, software engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• 2-4+ years of experience in Partner Engineering, Technical Solutions, Solutions Architecture, API Integration Engineering, or L2/L3 Developer Support.
• Strong working knowledge of RESTful APIs, RPC/gRPC architectures, HTTP status codes, JSON payload inspection, and OAuth 2.0 server-to-server workflows.

Responsibilities

• Onboard and integrate external partner developers with Client's platforms and APIs.
• Guide partners through onboarding milestones from credential provisioning to production launch.
• Configure environments, IAM policies, and service accounts for secure API access.
• Assist with allowlisting, API quotas, documentation access, and sandbox testing.
