Job summary

Binance is seeking a Customer Service professional in Malaysia to support onboarding and KYC/KYB processes for a global crypto exchange. You will engage with clients, review documentation, and collaborate with Compliance, Front Office and Product teams to ensure robust due diligence and regulatory adherence.

The role emphasizes risk assessment, regulatory knowledge, and strong communication across English and Japanese with regional stakeholders, in a remote-first setup.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in Customer Support/KYC/KYB operations, onboarding or compliance.
• Strong knowledge of local laws, directives and virtual currency policies an advantage.
• Experience performing risk assessments, trigger reviews and enhanced due diligence.

Responsibilities

• Handle and review client enquiries related to onboarding (Individuals/Corporates).
• Coordinate with Front Office, Compliance, Product and other stakeholders to obtain evidence for KYC/KYB due diligence.
• Monitor and escalate AML flags and unusual activities.
• Participate in AML/CFT training and related on-the-job training.
