Qualifications

• Degree in business, IT (or other relevant area), or equivalent relevant experience.
• PM Certification: PMP or PRINCE2 Practitioner.
• Minimum of 5–6 years project management experience in the IT industry.
• Virtual team management.
• Working in an international environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project charters, scope statements, and management plans.
• Direct and manage project execution and monitor progress.
• Manage scope, time, cost, quality, and risks across projects.
• Lead change control and project governance processes.
• Coordinate communications with stakeholders and clients.
• Develop and maintain project schedules using MS Project or similar tools.
• Provide status reports and escalate critical issues to leadership.
• Align IT infrastructure initiatives with business goals.
• Facilitate portfolio planning and prioritization with IT and business stakeholders.
• Document lessons learned and ensure continuous improvement.
