Job summary

Qualifications

• Malaysian citizen.
• Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance or related field.
• Professional qualification such as ACCA/CPA/CA/ICAEW is an advantage.
• Minimum 3–5 years of accounting experience.
• Knowledge of Australian tax compliance (BAS, GST, payroll tax, etc.) is required.
• Experience handling full sets of accounts and financial reporting.
• Mandarin proficiency (spoken and written) is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (Xero/MYOB) preferred.
• Able to work independently and meet multiple deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full set of accounts for Australian clients.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Prepare and review management reports and financial analyses.
• Handle Australian tax compliance (BAS, GST, payroll tax, corporate income tax).
• Prepare working papers and supporting documentation for tax and audit purposes.
• Liaise with Australian clients for timely and accurate reporting.
• Ensure compliance with Australian accounting standards and tax regulations.
