Job summary

The Law Offices Of Sabrina Li is seeking a data-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to drive paid and organic growth across PPC, SEO, email marketing, and website optimization. This role emphasizes analytics, cross-functional collaboration, and performance marketing across multiple digital platforms.

Qualified candidates will have at least 5 years in digital marketing, hands-on PPC/SEO experience, and familiarity with major tools.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience in digital marketing with PPC and SEO focus.
Proven track record managing paid campaigns and improving organic search performance.
Experience with tools such as Google Ads, GA4, GSC, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar platforms.
Experience managing email marketing campaigns using Mailchimp, HubSpot, Klaviyo, or similar tools.
Strong understanding of keyword strategy, bidding models, conversion tracking, and optimization principles.
Experience with technical SEO: site structure, indexing, page speed, crawlability.
Familiarity with CMS like WordPress, Webflow, or Shopify; UX/conversion basics.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to translate data into strategy.
Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills.
Experience managing marketing budgets and performance-driven campaigns focused on ROI.
Experience working with international or remote teams is preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Business preferred, Mandarin/Spanish okay if not required.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute PPC and SEO strategies aligned with lead generation goals.
Plan, launch, manage, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads and social channels.
Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and trend monitoring to identify growth opportunities.
Lead on-page, off-page, and technical SEO initiatives including content, site structure, indexing, and links.
Support website revamp and optimization projects including UX improvements.
Collaborate with designers, developers, and content teams to implement SEO and conversion best practices.
Plan, create, and optimize email marketing campaigns including newsletters and promos.
Monitor email performance with segmentation, testing, and conversion optimization.
Analyze campaign and site data to derive actionable insights and improve ROI, conversions, and engagement.
Assist in developing high-performing landing pages, ad creatives, and user journeys.
Conduct A/B testing across ads, landing pages, and emails to lift performance.
Manage campaign budgets, forecasting, and reporting for efficient spend.
Stay updated on digital marketing trends and platform updates.
