Job summary

Agensi Pekerjaan RecruitFirst Sdn Bhd is seeking a digital marketing professional to plan and optimize multi-channel campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and SEO. You will manage agency relationships, monitor performance and budgets, and conduct market research with competitive analysis and A/B testing to drive CRO.

You will also create SEO content and ad copy, prepare performance reports, and deliver data-driven insights to support business growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 2+ years in digital marketing experience.
• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, GA4, or AppsFlyer.

Responsibilities

• Plan and optimize campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads/PPC, SEO.
• Manage agency relationships, campaign performance, and budgets.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, A/B testing, and CRO.
• Create SEO content and ad copy and prepare performance reports using analytics.
• Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to support business growth.
