Qualifications

• 8 to 12 years of FP&A, Commercial Finance, or Corporate Strategy in a large multinational.
• Proven track record in commercial business partnering, revenue management, pricing strategy, and full P&L across markets.
• Industry background in FMCG, Retail, Technology, Consumer healthcare, Industrial, or Logistics is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional Commercial Finance & Strategic Business Partnering: revenue & margin optimization, pricing strategy, promotional ROI across markets.
• Oversee Regional Financial Planning & Performance: AOP, quarterly forecasts, 3–5 year LRPs, executive storytelling.
• Drive Transformation, Analytics & Governance: AI-assisted forecasting tools, BI dashboards, cross-entity standardization.
