Job summary

Private Advertiser in Malaysia seeks a Group Finance professional to lead group-level budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis across multiple entities. The role emphasizes business partnering, financial insights, and strategic decision support with regional exposure across Asia.

The ideal candidate will work closely with senior leaders, drive KPI tracking, and contribute to investment evaluation. AWS and a performance bonus are included as part of the compensation package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
• Professional qualification (ACCA, CPA, CA, CFA) is an advantage.
• Minimum 5 years of FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, or regional finance roles.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate financial data into business insights.
• Good stakeholder management skills with exposure to working with business heads.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting and rolling forecast processes at Group level.
• Perform monthly variance analysis (Budget vs Actual) and monitor action plans with BU heads.
• Prepare Group management reporting and performance dashboards for leadership review.
• Monitor operating profit, margin trends, and working capital performance.
• Drive financial modelling and scenario analysis to support business initiatives.
• Partner with Business Unit heads to track KPI performance and improve financial discipline.
• Support Group Management in strategic planning and investment evaluation.
