Job summary

V-Key is a leading deep-tech company in mobile cyber-security, expanding into new markets. We seek a driven Finance Manager to own financial reporting, group consolidation, budgeting, forecasting, and cashflow analysis. You will lead end-to-end finance, manage a remote India team, and coordinate with the Singapore AFM in a fast-growth setting.

The role is remote, results driven, and highly independent. You will drive reporting accuracy, build financial models, and present insights to management,

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Professional qualification preferred (ACCA / CPA / CIMA).
• 6-10 years of finance experience in financial reporting, consolidation, budgeting, and FP&A.
• Strong knowledge of SFRS/IFRS.
• Hands-on consolidation experience.
• Strong analytical and Excel modelling skills.
• Experience managing remote/offshore teams.
• Excellent written and communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial reporting, month-end close, and consolidation.
• Own budgeting, forecasting, and scenario analysis.
• Manage cashflow forecasting and working capital analysis.
• Provide financial insights and business-case support.
• Coordinate audits and tax/compliance with regional teams.
• Oversee a remote India team and liaise with the Singapore AFM.
• Drive process improvements, SOPs, and automation initiatives.
