V-Key is a leading deep‑tech company in mobile cyber-security. We are expanding rapidly and seek a driven Finance Manager to own reporting, consolidation, budgeting and cashflow analyses while leading a remote India team and coordinating with the Singapore AFM.

The role is remote, highly autonomous, and results‑driven, requiring 6–10 years of finance experience, IFRS/SFRS knowledge, and strong Excel modelling.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Professional qualification preferred (ACCA / CPA / CIMA).
• 6–10 years of finance experience in financial reporting, consolidation, budgeting, and FP&A.
• Strong knowledge of SFRS/IFRS.
• Hands-on consolidation experience.
• Excellent written and communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Lead and own the full finance cycle, including reporting, consolidation, budgeting and forecasting.
• Manage a remote India team and collaborate with the Singapore AFM.
• Prepare management packs: P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, KPIs, comments.
• Ensure IFRS/SFRS compliance and perform intercompany eliminations.
• Drive a fast, disciplined month-end close and provide insights to management.
• Develop financial models, scenarios, and business cases for tenders.
