Qualifications

• Experience with Energy Components (EC) environments is essential.
• Strong Oracle SQL/PL/SQL capabilities and data analysis.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot across application, database and infrastructure layers.

Responsibilities

• Provide L2/L3 support for EC applications and environments.
• Investigate, fix and document issues across deployment, config and interfaces.
• Lead RCA and preventive actions; support incidents and changes.
