Job summary

Accenture is seeking an experienced Energy Components (EC) Support Consultant to provide application support, troubleshooting, change implementation, and system upgrade activities for EC environments. This remote role may involve working across time zones and coordinating with global teams during critical incidents and deployments.

Qualifications

Experience in 2nd/3rd line application support for EC environments.
Proficiency in Oracle database troubleshooting and PL/SQL scripting.
Experience with Docker and containerised deployments.
Understanding of change/release management processes.
Experience upgrading Energy Components or similar enterprise applications.

Responsibilities

Provide Level 2/3 technical support for EC applications and troubleshoot issues.
Develop and maintain Oracle SQL/PL/SQL scripts and queries; perform data analysis.
Manage EC configuration changes and deployment across environments.
Support EC upgrades, patches, and post-upgrade validation.
Collaborate with global teams across time zones during critical incidents.
