• Coach rig crew to maximize use of DrillOps Advisory and Automation.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and processes; set up users, roles, and workstations.
• Log software issues, propose fixes, and drive continuous improvement.
• Capture leads and opportunities; contribute to technical discussions on workflow optimization.
• Prepare and distribute Daily and Section PDF reports covering utilization and issues.
