Job summary

Informa TechTarget seeks a Deal Desk Analyst to support pre-sale data for campaigns, draft SOWs and IOs, and manage contract processes from signature to order creation. You’ll collaborate with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Product teams in a fast-paced online media environment.

The role requires understanding product logic, pricing models, and revenue recognition, with a strong focus on accuracy and process standardization. Hybrid work options are available.

Qualifications

• 1 to 2+ years of relevant, marketing digital campaigns experience.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to analyze key metrics and interpret them into actionable data points.
• Detail-oriented and extremely reliable – team player.
• A focus on process and standardization.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Possesses a sense of urgency as well as the ability to multi-task and prioritize.
• Accurate data entry skills, problem solving ability; and,
• Ability to demonstrate initiative and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Request campaign inventory and collaborate with internal teams to establish program parameters and develop client recommendations.
• Price products for contract components across multiple formats, including CPQ forms and agency templates (Excel).
• Execute pre-sale data requests for all Informa TechTarget initiatives.
• Draft Statements of Work (SOWs) and approve Insertion Orders (IOs), Purchase Orders (POs), and sales contracts.
• Support the sales team with data-driven insights and recommendations to ensure successful campaign outcomes.
• Develop comprehensive understanding of Informa TechTarget's database and conversion metrics.
• Generate contracts that comply with corporate policies, procedures, and standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams to validate signed contracts and create orders within order management systems.
• Process change orders with validated paperwork and accurate pricing.
• Partner with Finance teams to ensure accurate billing and invoicing, and timely contract booking.
• Develop thorough understanding of processes, product offerings, and appropriate terms and conditions, including pricing models, discounting structures, revenue recognition, and approval processes.
• Communicate and coordinate effectively with internal teams throughout the campaign lifecycle, including Campaign Managers, Sales Enablement, Marketing Operations, Finance, Legal, Sales Management, and Product teams
