Responsibilities

• Build and maintain positive relationships with existing customers.
• Conduct follow-ups through phone, WhatsApp, email, chat and other approved channels.
• Reconnect with previous customers to understand their current needs.
• Provide accurate information about products, services and current offers.
• Assist customers with general enquiries and account-related matters.
• Record customer interactions and follow-ups in the CRM system.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
