Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a Customer Service Officer fluent in Cantonese to support English and Mandarin/Cantonese speakers. This is a fully remote, permanent role with EPF and medical insurance, plus 15 days annual leave and 16 days sick leave, and a night-shift work pattern.

You will provide real-time online services, convey information accurately across languages, and uphold confidentiality while assisting partner institutions by connecting callers to translation services.
