Innovative Data Systems is seeking a full-time remote Bid Manager (Proposals and Projects) to lead end-to-end bid activities for US clients. You will plan, gather requirements, and coordinate with product, engineering, legal and finance to produce compliant, compelling proposals.

Working hours align with US Central Time. You will manage timelines, maintain a library of content, and track outcomes to improve win rates while delivering high-quality responses on schedule.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Minimum 3 years experience in proposal management, RFP or grant writing, or contracts.
• Fluency in English, written and spoken.
• Demonstrated ability to produce clear, persuasive and precise long-form written documents, with a keen eye for detail.
• Proven ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders to a deadline and manage several submissions at once.

Aufgaben

• Monitor public bid boards to surface relevant and upcoming opportunities for leadership review.
• Own the end-to-end execution of RFP responses and projects for US clients, from solicitation review through submission and project delivery. Build the requirements and compliance matrix, and set a clear plan and timeline for each response.
• Mobilize stakeholders across product, engineering, legal, finance and leadership: assign owners, set deadlines and track progress. Confirm technical specifications, pricing inputs and commitments with subject matter experts before they go into a response.
• Write and edit responses that are clear, persuasive and accurate, ensuring compliance with all format, form and certification requirements.
• Submit responses on time and in the correct manner. Support follow-up such as clarifications and debriefs.
• Work with the delivery team to ensure projects are delivered in a timely and compliant manner.
• Maintain a library of reusable content, and track pipeline and outcomes.
