Private Advertiser in Malaysia is seeking a Backend Developer (Python/Node.js) to join our remote team. You will design, build, and deploy scalable backend services powering fintech solutions, collaborating across product and DevOps.

The role emphasizes cloud deployment on AWS/Azure/GCP, RESTful APIs, databases, containers, and CI/CD pipelines. You will write clean code, perform reviews, and maintain systems in production.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/SE/IT or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience designing and building backend systems in Python and/or Node.js.
• Proven cloud experience (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs and database technologies (SQL/NoSQL).
• Familiar with Docker and Kubernetes containerization.
• Experience with Git version control and CI/CD pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain backend applications using Python and/or Node.js.
• Deploy and manage applications on cloud platforms with a focus on security and scalability.
• Build and integrate RESTful APIs and microservices for front-end and third-party integrations.
• Work with databases and optimize queries for performance.
• Write clean, maintainable code and participate in code reviews.
