Job summary

Air Liquide Malaysia is seeking a Shift Production Execution Pilot to remotely operate multiple ASUs across APAC from Petaling Jaya. You will join a 24/7 shift team, coordinating with the site and engineering support functions to optimize production and respond to demand.

The role requires a degree in Chemical Engineering or Process Control, 1–5 years of relevant experience, and fluency in English. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, with a strong emphasis on safe and reliable operations.

Qualifications

Degree in Chemical Engineering and/or Process Control or equivalent.
1–5 years of experience as a Plant/Process Engineer in Operations or Operations Management; fresh graduates welcome.
Willingness to work on a 24/7 rotating shift, including weekends and public holidays.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

Systematically run the asset optimizer and execute changes to adjust ASU production.
Communicate plant-related information and coordinate site activities during remote operation.
Interact with internal/external customers and act as a key stakeholder in crisis management.
Deliver and participate in effective shift handover focusing on safety, reliability and efficiency.
Drive continuous improvement projects and report benefits.
