Keywords Studios is seeking an organised Associate Producer to help deliver high-quality game-development projects on time and within budget. You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams, maintain schedules, track deliverables, and identify risks that could affect production.

This role suits someone with early production experience aiming to grow within the video game industry and collaborate with global partners across APAC/Malaysia, Singapore and Indonesia.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in project coordination, production, project management or team coordination.
• Experience supporting PC, console or live-ops game projects is preferred.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills for multiple priorities.
• Proficient with productivity and project-management tools (Office, Jira, Confluence, etc.).
• Ability to prepare schedules, trackers and production reports.

Responsibilities

• Support the Producer in planning, coordination and delivery of the development project.
• Assist the team in delivering high-quality product on time and within budget and scope.
• Organise, execute and monitor project activities across development areas.
• Prepare, maintain and monitor development schedules and reports.
• Track progress, follow up on milestones and deliverables.
• Facilitate team meetings and document actions and decisions.
