Qualifications

Bridge art and engineering for animation-driven R&D.
Design, build and maintain animator-friendly rigs and pipelines.
Implement physics-based systems and retargeting pipelines.
Develop animation blueprints, state machines and control rigs.

Responsibilities

Work with animators, character artists, and gameplay engineers to ensure efficient workflows and high-fidelity animation content.
Design and maintain modular rigs for characters, creatures, props, facial animation and mechanical assets.
Implement physics-based systems including ragdoll, cloth, spline dynamics, and secondary motion.
Create and maintain tools, scripts and pipelines to improve productivity and asset quality.
