Job summary

Tisch Global Sdn Bhd is a dynamic accounting firm providing bookkeeping and small-practice accounting services to SMEs. This role supports our Singapore-based clients’ financial management remotely, enabling accuracy and compliance while contributing to firm success.

You will maintain ledgers, prepare reports, and collaborate with clients and colleagues in a flexible, supportive environment that fosters professional growth.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• Proficiency in bookkeeping practices and general accounting principles.
• Strong proficiency with accounting software and Excel.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial work.
• Good organisational skills with ability to manage multiple client accounts.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain accurate accounting records, ledgers and journals for assigned clients.
• Produce full set of accounts including monthly/quarterly/yearly reports and GST submissions.
• Record financial transactions (invoices, expenses, bank reconciliations).
• Perform month-end and year-end closing procedures with reconciliations.
• Assist with preparation of financial statements and client reports.
• Respond to client queries regarding accounts and records.
• Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
